How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Spain: 2–3 business days.
• European Union: 5–8 business days.

Please note that the delivery times are estimates for transit only and do not include order processing time. Also the delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over €79 within Spain and over €99 within the European Union.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@lasublima.com with your order number and photos of the item.
